Get your IT set up properly, once.

Email, files, security and backup done the way they should have been from the start. Then we keep it running, for one fixed monthly fee.

Two ways people arrive here.

Both end in the same place: a setup that is properly built, properly secured and looked after. The route there is a bit different, so pick the one that sounds like you.

Path one

Nothing much in place yet

You are running on whatever got you started: personal email addresses, files on one laptop, no backup, and no idea whether any of it is secure. Nothing has gone wrong yet, which is the best time to fix it.

Sounds like you if

  • Files live on one computer, or in a folder nobody has ever backed up
  • Staff use personal email, or mailboxes that came free with the domain
  • Nobody can say whether multi-factor authentication is switched on
  • When something breaks, you ring whoever is available
See how starting fresh works

Path two

Already paying someone else

You have a provider, but you cannot get a straight answer, do not know who holds your admin access, or are paying for licences nobody uses. Changing over is routine, and your email does not go down.

Sounds like you if

  • You are not sure what you are actually paying for each month
  • Your provider holds the Microsoft 365 tenancy, not you
  • Tickets go in and you chase them
  • Nobody has ever tested whether a backup restores

What we run for you

Six things, done properly.

Scoped for a small team on Microsoft 365 and an accounting package. The enterprise services you do not need have been left out. If the business grows, the same relationship scales with you.

Microsoft 365 managementEmail, calendar, files and Teams, set up in your business name and kept running.
  • Tenancy built from scratch and owned by your business, with your domain attached
  • Mailboxes created or migrated, plus shared addresses such as accounts@ or jobs@
  • Licence management, so each person has the right licence and nothing is wasted
  • Security defaults applied: multi-factor authentication, phishing protection and sensible sign-in policies
  • OneDrive and SharePoint, so quotes, invoices and job photos are not stuck on one laptop
  • Teams configured for calls and messaging where it is useful
Backup and recoveryMicrosoft keeps the service running. Backup keeps a separate copy of your data.
  • Daily backup of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams to separate Australian hosted storage
  • Long term retention, so a file deleted months ago can still be recovered
  • Quarterly test restores, so we know recovery works before you need it
  • Recovery targets: individual files or emails back within hours, a full mailbox within one business day
CybersecurityBuilt around the scams that actually hit small business: fake invoices and payment redirection.
  • Multi-factor authentication on all accounts, with phishing resistant options where practical
  • Advanced email filtering for impersonation, spoofing and malicious links
  • Managed endpoint protection on every device, monitored by us rather than just installed
  • Automatic security patching for Windows or macOS and key applications
  • Practical guidance on spotting scam invoices and payment change requests, with a simple verification habit for the business
  • Clear incident response: one call, and we contain it
Devices and procurementWe help you choose the hardware, then it arrives configured and protected.
  • Help choosing the right laptop, monitor and accessories before you buy
  • Device enrolled into your Microsoft 365 environment with Intune before handover
  • Encryption, automatic updates, and remote lock or wipe if a device is lost
  • Lifecycle tracking, so we tell you when it is time to refresh
  • Old devices securely wiped and disposed of or repurposed
Support and service deskOne number and one email address for anything IT related.
  • Unlimited remote support during business hours, with after hours coverage for urgent issues
  • On site visits when a hands on fix is needed
  • Support for Microsoft 365, accounting software access, laptops, phone email setup, printers and Wi-Fi
  • Plain English updates. You will not be asked to read a technical ticket log
  • We deal with your accounting platform, your telco and your domain registrar on your behalf
Websites and local searchWhen someone's hot water fails at 7pm they search Google. You need to be there.
  • A clean, mobile friendly website: services, service area, photos of your work, and a clear call now button
  • Your domain and business email aligned, so website, email and Google listing all match
  • Google Business Profile set up and verified, so you appear in local map results
  • Local SEO foundations: service area pages, correct business details everywhere, and a process for collecting reviews
  • Reliable hosting with SSL, backups and uptime monitoring, managed by us
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries, calls and search performance

Also available when it solves a real problem

Network and Wi-Fi setup, Business phone systems (VoIP), Accounting software integration advice, IT strategy for growth, Privacy Act compliance support.

What you actually get.

Four things that hold true whether we are setting you up for the first time or taking over from somebody else.

01

One fixed monthly fee

Priced on the number of people, not the number of problems. Licensing, support, security monitoring and backup arrive on one invoice, itemised so you can see what each part costs. Adding someone is a phone call and a licence, not a project.

02

A named person, not a queue

You deal with the same person every time, someone who knows your business and your setup. Most issues are resolved remotely, same day, without you chasing anyone.

03

It is yours from day one

The Microsoft 365 tenancy is created in your business name, with your domain and your admin access. Every login and recovery method is documented and handed to you. Nothing is built inside something we control and then rented back to you.

04

Plain English, and no upselling

Updates you can actually read, and a one page monthly summary with no jargon. If we see a way to save money or reduce risk we tell you. We will not sell you things you do not need.

Written response times.

Measured during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm AEST and AEDT, unless marked otherwise. Critical issues are covered around the clock.

Agreed with you

New user setup, a new shared mailbox, a hardware request.

  • Microsoft 365 sits under Microsoft's 99.9% financially backed uptime commitment, which we manage and escalate on your behalf.
  • Backup jobs run daily. A failure alerts us, and is fixed within one business day.
  • Security monitoring is continuous, with critical alerts actioned around the clock.
  • Planned maintenance happens outside business hours, with at least 48 hours notice.

Pricing

One monthly invoice, itemised.

All figures are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Microsoft licensing is included in the plan price. Backup, security monitoring and device management are itemised separately so the cost moves only when your team does.

Quoted

  • Microsoft licensing is included in the plan price. If you do not have Microsoft 365 yet, the licences you need are part of that monthly figure.
  • Domain registration, if you do not already own one, is billed at cost by the registrar and stays in your name.
  • Hardware is your purchase. We help you choose the right specification before you buy, and set it up at no charge.

How getting started works.

Whichever route you take, the first step is the same free health check, and you will not need to be technical at any point.

Path one

Starting from scratch

For a business with nothing much in place. Nothing you currently rely on gets switched off.

  1. Step 01

    Health check and scope

We look at what you are running today, tell you plainly what is exposed, and agree what you actually need. This is the free part.

  2. Step 02

    Build

A Microsoft 365 tenancy is created in your business name, your domain is connected, mailboxes are created, the security baseline is applied and backup is configured.

  3. Step 03

    Devices

Your existing laptops and phones are enrolled, encrypted and brought up to date. Work files move off individual machines and into OneDrive and SharePoint.

  4. Step 04

    Go live

Email and files switch on, and everyone signs in with multi-factor authentication. If you are moving off personal or free mailboxes, existing mail comes across with you.

  5. Step 05

    Walkthrough

One hour on how it all works: signing in, email on your phone, where files live, how to spot a scam invoice, and how to reach us. Then a one page quick reference.

  6. Step 06

    Ongoing

Support begins, with a one page monthly summary and a business review every six months. New staff are onboarded within one business day of the request.

Path two

Moving from a provider

For a business already paying someone else. Your email keeps working throughout.

  1. Step 01

    Health check and scope

We look at what you have, check your contract end date and notice terms, and agree a cutover window that suits you. This is the free part.

  2. Step 02

    Build

A new tenancy is created in your business name and built alongside the old one. Nothing changes for you yet.

  3. Step 03

    Notice and discovery

We draft the notice for your current provider and request handover details: mailbox exports, DNS, and any other services they hold.

  4. Step 04

    Migration

Email, contacts and calendars are copied across to the new environment, and your existing devices are enrolled.

  5. Step 05

    Cutover

Email switches outside business hours, usually a Friday evening. Phones and laptops reconnect, and any new mail syncs. It stays reversible for the first 24 hours.

  6. Step 06

    Handover and ongoing

Old services are confirmed cancelled and you get the documentation pack: what moved, when, and who holds which credentials. Then the walkthrough, and support begins.

How the risk is kept low

  • Nothing you rely on is switched off until the new environment is proven working
  • Any email cutover happens outside business hours and stays reversible for the first 24 hours
  • A full written record of what was set up or moved, when, and who holds which credentials
  • Every login, admin account and recovery method documented and owned by you

What protection actually means here.

The controls below are included, not optional extras. They cover multi-factor authentication, patching, daily backups and restricted admin access, four of the eight mitigations in the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight.

Your accounts

  • Multi-factor authentication enforced on every account
  • Sign-in policies that block legacy and risky access
  • Admin access held in separate, protected accounts
  • Break-glass credentials documented and sealed for you

Your email

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, so scammers cannot send mail pretending to be you
  • Filtering for phishing, impersonation and malicious attachments
  • Warning banners on external mail and on payment change requests

Your devices

  • Encryption enabled and enforced
  • Managed endpoint protection, monitored by us
  • Remote lock and wipe if a device is lost or stolen
  • Automatic updates for the operating system and key applications

Your data

  • Daily independent backup of Microsoft 365, retained long term, hosted in Australia
  • Quarterly restore tests, with results shared in your business review
  • Handled in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme

If something does go wrong, it is one call. We contain it by locking accounts, isolating the device or blocking the sender, tell you plainly what happened and what it means, restore anything lost from backup, and give you a short written summary afterwards. Where a notifiable breach is suspected, we walk you through the obligations.

No cost, no obligation

Start with a free health check.

Before anyone talks about a monthly fee, it is worth knowing what you actually have. The health check is a look at your current setup and a short written summary of what we found. No cost, and no obligation to go further.

What we look at

  1. 01Whether multi-factor authentication is switched on, and on every account
  2. 02Whether anything is backed up, and whether a restore has ever been tested
  3. 03Who holds your admin access and your domain, and whether you can get to them
  4. 04Whether your domain can be spoofed, so scammers cannot invoice your customers in your name
  5. 05Which licences you are paying for, and whether anyone actually uses them
  6. 06Whether your devices are encrypted and up to date
  7. 07What it would cost to put right, with figures

It takes about half an hour of your time. If the answer is that your setup is sound, we will tell you that and you have lost nothing.

Questions we get asked.

We do not really have anything set up. Is that a problem?
No, it is the easier of the two starting points. There is no incumbent to unpick and no notice period to work around, so we build it properly the first time. Most businesses we set up from scratch are live within a few weeks.
What is the free health check, and what is the catch?
There is no catch. We spend about half an hour looking at what you run today, then send you a short written summary of what we found and what it would cost to fix. If your setup is sound we will say so. You are not committed to anything.
Our team is on personal email addresses. Can you move us?
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do. You get proper mailboxes on your own domain, existing mail comes across, and your business stops depending on someone's personal account.
Do we actually need Microsoft 365?
You need business email, somewhere shared for your files, and a way to secure both. Microsoft 365 is how we do that, because it integrates with almost everything and the licence already includes the security tooling. The licences you need are covered by the monthly figure.
Who owns the Microsoft 365 tenancy?
You do. It is created in your business name, with your domain and your admin access, and the credentials are documented and handed to you. Nothing is built inside something we control and rented back to you.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. It is a monthly fee scaled to the number of people, not the number of problems. Adding a team member is a phone call and a licence, not a project.
Will our email go down when we change over?
No. The new environment is built and proven first, and any switch happens outside business hours, usually a Friday evening. It stays reversible for the first 24 hours.
What happens if we decide to leave later?
You already hold the keys, so there is nothing to hand back. You keep the tenancy, the domain and the documentation pack, and we will help the next provider get oriented.
Mac or PC?
Either. Microsoft 365 and most accounting packages run in the browser, so you have a free choice. We will help you pick based on how you actually work, then set it up.
Is our data kept in Australia?
The independent backup of your Microsoft 365 data is hosted in Australia, with long term retention and quarterly restore tests.
Do you charge to set us up?
No. Whether you are starting from scratch or moving from another provider, the build, the migration, the security baseline and the documentation are included when you come on board. You buy your own hardware and your own domain.
We are only two people. Are we too small?
No. The plan is priced per person, so a two person business pays for two people. A smaller setup is also the cheapest time to get the foundations right.

Ask for your health check.

Tell us roughly what you run today, even if the honest answer is that you are not sure. There is no cost and no obligation to go further.
